I have been doing well since Jan. 6th, stayed with in my calorie goal every day with a few small (cheat meals). Last night i was craving pizza so bad i drove to Little Ceasars and bought a supreme pizza. Not so bad was planning to eat 2 to 3 pieces. Well about 30 minutes later i was looking at an empty pizza box lol. Btw i was home alone so according to mfp i had nearly 2500 calories in one sitting. That is more than i normally get in a day, almost 2 days. However i did run stadium stairs for about 35 minutes yesterday... guess that was a wash.

It happens. I have had a few occasions where i intend to eat one or two pieces of pizza and before I know it, 1/2 the darned thing is in my gut. You just gotta move on and try to do better next time. Pizza is like kryptonite for me...0

maybe pick out a day that will be the day for one cheat meal each week to avoid these things happening.
that's what alot of people on here do, not only to avoid binges but also b/c alot of us are here for a permanent change and not just a diet and it's almost silly to assume that none of us will ever eat pizza again.
just a thought.
good luck with everything.0 -
Everyday is a new day to jump back on the wagon. forgive and forget and get back to it!0

and also. put the food down between bites and don't watch tv while you eat.
you will feel full so much faster!0 -
We all have those moments, days, weeks lol The stairs helped for sure  Just get back to your normal routine & don't let the setback get you down!0

We all have our days....just dont dwell on it and start fresh today. Your workout was not a waste either. It burned a few of those slices of pizza0

Thanks for the replies, i am doing much better today. I have only had about 550 calories today and i will be doing about 45 minutes of calisthenics tonight. I think i will get some of it back tom. doing a stadium run and somewhere around 20 mile mountain bike ride. Its almost depressing when you regret a meal for an entire day lol. I guess thats just motivation to not do it again. Thanks0
