  • Walking will honestly help! As you lose weight, other activities can be built into your routine. However, I have known several people who have lost plenty of weight with 'just' walking. Remember to have good posture and an excellent sports bra! Good luck!

  • It might be 'diet fatigue', especially if you say you're eating the same most days. Try some new foods, get experimenting in the kitchen. Cashew nut 'cheese' is delicious, easy & low in cals etc.
