Walking will honestly help! As you lose weight, other activities can be built into your routine. However, I have known several people who have lost plenty of weight with 'just' walking. Remember to have good posture and an excellent sports bra! Good luck!

It might be 'diet fatigue', especially if you say you're eating the same most days. Try some new foods, get experimenting in the kitchen. Cashew nut 'cheese' is delicious, easy & low in cals etc.
