Add raw organic rice or pea protein powder (nutribiotic do a good one), and wheatgrass powder, and E3live to your juices. How are you doing? I realize this threads old. What did you end up doing? I was actually saying the opposite, that diet soda MAY make you gain weight despite being zero calorie - there have been studies in rats designed to test their theory that artificial ingredients alter the body’s ability to regulate calorie intake. There are foods that stall weight loss regardless of their calorie content.

WOW Great work everyone! That table looks awesome! This week I plan on being consistent with working out and maintain at least a 500 cal per day deficit. I want to lose 3 lbs by next Monday!

I just did Chest & Back and it was super hard. I'm going to do the classic program. What i achieved in 2010 - Ate vegan for the whole year starting Jan 1st 2010. What i am going to achieve in 2011 - I am going to finish P90X I will become a better, stronger, leaner, powerful, happier & fulfilled version of myself. :)

1 second spray is 7 calories? Wow! Thanks for that information! I may spray my food about 10 times so that can be 70 extra cals, it might be an idea for me to start counting. If I didn't use much I wouldnt, but I do! :)
