Spray Oil - how do you count it?
I use spray oil to cook with and I have never counted it. But when I am grilling veggies I'll spray my small foreman grill quite often, and same when I am flipping food in the pan, and I'm thinking that this may be adding up quite a lot. What do you think about spray oil and uncounted calories?

I am beginning the P90x routine - Day 1 down - but I have a hardcore hike I love to do once a week & would like to integrate it into the P90X schedule. Hello, The general consensus is a 2lb loss is the most you can drop healthily. However when I calculate what will give me a weekly 2lb loss, the tracker tells me to consume just 800 cal (not counting exercise - that would be added on) to get the deficit for a 2lb weekly loss.
