3/31/22 Under 100 carbs=34 Active 20 min/3x week=No. Didn’t feel well. Eat more produce=Carrots and tomatoes with lunch. Big salad for dinner. Berries for snack. After bouncing around all month I ended March down 2 lbs. Not thrilled that this is all I have to show for a drastic diet change but better than gaining I suppose.

In March I did good adding in some walking or hiking most days of the week so to expand on that I think I will up my goal to 5 days of a minimum 15 minutes of activity. I need to get more well rounded so I think at least one of those days should focus on strength training and another on yoga/barre/pilates...just something…

My weight is up today. I'm getting frustrated but not giving up. I guess I just have to be patient with my body as it's been through some stuff....Overall I do feel better low carb so that's something to embrace.
