I watch cooking shows whilst on my bike exercising?!? It just passes the time and distracts me from what i'm doing! Either them or house programmes or things like Biggest Looser! I give blood regularly and i give the workouts a miss afterwards, i leave it till the day after, i dunno about anyone else but i feel quite tired and listless after but it's for a good cause, so worth it but i really would advise against anything strenuous till the day after!

I've gone the exact opposite way, i gained 6lbs in December and since the 4th i've 1/2 starved myself to get rid of it quick and back to where i was before i got injured.. and even tho i feel terrible i can't seem to bring myself to eat properly..i've deicded this weekend (assuming the 6lbs is all gone) i'll stop starving…

I watch tv while i'm on my exercise bike.. @ 6am the schedules are a bit grim but Biggest Looser was on for a few weeks, as was X-Weighted..this morning however, it was Bear Grylls Born Survivor.. and he bit the head off a snake..i was just about retching over my handle bars lol!

Ps... X-Weighted is also a really good show if you like diet tv.. that used to be on early in the morning too but again..i can't find it..i thought it was only over Xmas they were changing the schedules but it aint back yet :frown:

Gin n slimline tonic..virtually nothing in it! And rather nice too..although nothing beats a lovely bottle of Magners cider but it's terrible for you! So i only drink once in a blue moon to avoid the temptation!
