  • OMG. I am totally shocked n @ a loss 4 what to say.. i did love that show but now i know it's all false n how they treat their contestants i think it's disgusting..
  • I don't think there are any laws or rights n wrongs about how much you should be doing, i aim for a minimum of an hour a day but quite often do more than this, i have Saturdays off, occasionally go 4 a swim but that's it..but just do as much as you're happy with!
  • Zumba burns between 500 and 800 calories per hour..i do it 3x a week and always opt for the lower calorie burn but unless you have a HRM you can't be totally sure?

  • I've gone the opposite way, i don't eat red meat during the week and by the weekend i crave it.. i used to be a vegetarian and am appaled @ how much i crave chicken now :huh:
