What Nutrients to Track

Hi All,

I was just wondering what nutrients are the most important to track

At the moment i have cals, fat, sugar, carbs, protein and sodium?

what does everyone else use?

  • I track my iron too, purely for health reasons, i was badly anaemic a few years ago and my treatment caused all sorts of problems with my kidneys so i keep a tab on that!
