Well it's amost been 2 weeks since I started and I'm loving this new way of living! My boyfriend and I are trying out all these new recipes, eating tons healthier and doing loads more exercise than we were previously.
The BBC Good Food site has brilliant recipes on there. A popular with us is the 200-400 calorie section. We use this for our evening meal and are trying out loads of the recipes. The ones we've tried we absolutely love! Red Thai curry, one pot mushroom and potato, red lentil and chick pea soup. Check it out! You will be amazed.

Happy cooking! x

Of all the recipes we've used, they have all been listed. But if you do manually put them in, at least they are there for others! x

Fantastic site, especially if you want to filter things a bit more, ie veggie, vegan.. and some delicious low fat/cal puds! BBC really do this well..
