Hi, the BMI is not the best way to measure whether someone's body is healthy or not, because it doesn't measure how much fat and muscle someone has. So in my opinion the body fat content is the more important number. And - as long as you are healthy and feel comfortable, the BMI is only a number.

Hi guys, thank you very much for your replies. I don't think it is a allergic reaction to cleaning wipes or anything, because it went away right after. I do take creatine at the moment, but I don't really see how that would have anything to do with it. It might be the bar hitting a nerve or the blood supply of my arms…

I wrap a towel around the bar, it hurts a lot less. And I don't think it will affect the effect of the workout at all.

I like to spread cream cheese on tortilla wraps and roll them with salmon on the inside. You can cut the rolls in slices and they look and taste really amazing. I like to use a speed peeler to make them into thin strips. I steam these zucchini noodles for a couple of minutes (you could also sautee them with a little bit of olive oil) and then mix them with normal pasta.
