Thanks for sharing! I will join the website and for sure catch Food Network sat.! I am so excited! I am always looking for ways to really COOK that taste normal and not too "Diet" for my husband to enjoy while I loose weight! Who wants to cook two versions of a meal? LOL Thanks again. I love and collect recipe books! Not familiar with these..do tell!! Would love to know what you think both? Have they helped you with your weight loss journey? Are these normal recipes or so far fetched you go broke buying weird ingredients? Thanks!

Amazing!! So happy for you. You look beautiful! I would love for you to share your tips and secrets to your success this far. I started and stopped too many times. I started back counting calories yesterday. Today #2 so far so good. How many calories do you try to stay within? Have you plateaued at all? Keep it up! :)
