  • My heart rate gets 200-210 every time i work out! Not for long periods of time, but at one point in my work out it will. It's not great but it's normal for someone without very good cardio to get up in those numbers if they push that hard. Within the month it will lower a great deal if you stick with it... is what i hear :)

  • Portabella mushrooms grilled on the BBQ with steak spice and garlic taste just like a steak! and you can substitute pretty much any meat in any dish with mushrooms and barely notice a difference.

  • It doesnt actually make you gain weight my Dr said. It just releases some chemical that makes you think your hungry when your not, which obviously causes weight gain.   • YES. All of my friends are telling me this and they drive me insane. Every time i see them its lectures about how i'm being crazy by counting all my calories and being obsessive. it doesnt take over my life, just takes over my eating habits and that doesnt concern them!!

  • I'm 5'8 and im 166 right now and at 164 im "normal" BMI. But my goal is 135. I have never been that thin before so I have no idea how that will look. I'm very curvey and when I was 150 people told me i was skinny all the time so 135 might be pushing it but I would like to try.

  • Well today i brought a yogurt, a piece of cheese, and a hard boiled egg. eggs are the best, just boil a few and keep them in the fridge and grab one on the way out the door. i dont have time for breakfast in the morning so usually i will have toast a peanut butter or fruit and yogurt and/or eggs.easy and delicious.

  • My schedule works out so that i go straight from work to the gym so i dont get home until 730 or so. Then i have to cook still! so i eat until whenever i want really, as long as i have the calories.

  • I had the same problem! Then one day it hit me out of no where- It's all self control. keep saying no and it will feel SO good to say no to yourself that you will keep doing it. Of course everyone slips up sometimes, just start again!
  • I was straightening my hair in my bra and jeans and there was a folding mirror that showed the back of my hair. I saw a behind view of myself and when i bent back a roll formed on my back and I was so disgusted that I was getting back rolls I almost cried. Definitely that moment!
