I find when i get so hungry it is because im missing a key nutrient and i stay hungry till i get that nutrient.

i have the same problem.. if its my weight training day i do it without shoes and on cardio days i just do it at a time a day he can't complain.. Besides my neighbor blares his music all day and smokes right outside my door even though he knows it gives me asthma attacks.

I tried last semester to workout at night but between work and going to school full time i was gone over 12 hours a day and fell asleep as soon as i got home. Working out in the morning seems to be the best.

I stayed home and worked out and am going to bed early to get back on a regular sleeping schedule for the upcoming spring semester. I feel like a very unadventurous boring 20 yr old.

I have done the body revolution and its hard but the workouts are only 20 -30 mins so its doable. I'm on day two of insanity and 6 mins i had to stop and get my inhaler. I'm going to retry again tonight. but its pretty..insane.

I usually keep a good track on my food and exercise especially when i'm busy my down fall is when i have breaks in between semesters and i get bored and eat and eat and eat. Monday i start my busy semester I'm either working or in classes from 8-5 most days. No time for binge eating :) I'm excited to finish this journey…

I hadn't really thought of a goal date until i read your post. But i want to workout as much as possible till October for my boyfriends birthday. I want to get back to 125-129 which is the weight i was when i met him four years ago. so my new goal is to lose 10lbs by the beginning of October. Think its possible?

I was wondering how much weight people have lost doing the 30 day shred straight for all 30 days. I'm really hoping to get closer to my goal weight or even hit it by the end of thirty days. i only have like ten lbs left to lose.

i'm starting the 30 day shred too! I started yesterday and am using 5lb and 8lb weights. After i get used to my new school and work schedule I'm going back to the 90 day body revolution that i started a month or two ago and lost 17lbs already!
