Personally, it wouldn't bother me at all. I don't even care if my husband goes to strip club (not that he does) we have gone together. I know he loves me, he's not going to do anything and coming home to me no matter what!

Probably not. I'm entirely too self conscious of my flaws. I don't even wear a bikini. I have no problem with nudity, after all it's our natural state. I'm sure my problem is all in my own head. But that can be one of the hardest things to overcome

I don't really have an answer for you, but I can tell you the I ALWAYS eat back my calories I burn... For me I have notice that if I don't I will not lose any weight. Not sure I helped, but gave you a BUMP so maybe someone can fully answer your question. Good luck!

I don't think there is a black and white answer to your question. personally for me, if I'm running that morning, I will go for carbs. the reason I choose to eat carbs is because it's quick fuel for the body.
