If you live in a beach town I would say its a little more understanding if you go into a store on the way to or from the beach. But just throwing it on just because seems a bit much. If you don't live in a beach town then it isn't really excusable to do so in public.

This seems about right. I was doing the same thing on your calories and weight. The only thing I would say different is to have a little more fat. I don't suggest having fat below 25% of calories.
