Reading your post I first thought of dehydration too, but you say you're drinking enough… Have you tried Gatorade, which adds the necessary electrolytes… Do you warm up?

Yes, it's no myth: Dutch men CAN get pregnant lol On a more serious note: aren't you losing lots of weight peeing that much? I know I do. I'm ruling out underlying causes but so far they haven't found anything wrong. I drink a lot but it seems I pee out even more.

One of the things I hate here is that either there is no caloric information on the products, or in case of imported stuff, a huge sticker has been placed exactly there to replace it with Chinese humbug info. I find the local Walmart a disaster: no tuna, no muesli, no whole wheat bread. If I want to get decent food I need…

I looove Miso soup! Also eel, tuna, crab!!!!, roe, basically anything. But I'm careful with the rice. I too advice go for Sashimi rather than Sushi if you have it frequently. Too bad it's so darn expensive!

You should try Buckwheat tea-pills! That's really boosting your placebo effect! No honestly, it's the same with all those products. I've tried 7-keto and raspberry keto. Didn't do anything but making me aware of how naive I was (and making me waste money).
