Another suggestion - this helps me when I don't want to draw attention to myself. I agree, I just deleted the friends I had, and withdrew from two groups because of the same reason. I don't have any bad feelings over it, just realized I'm doing fine on my own so why get wrapped up in all the drama and hoopla. I RARELY got any feedback. So I will be the support I need.

no loss this week, no gain. lost 4.5 last week, and this is kind of what my body does, but I had a good week so that is what I'm focusing on not the number on the scale.

Love your statement, "I had days I didn't do so well but never gave up". Love that, and so very true, we do have days we don't do too great, but compared to what we were doing everyday, it is so good..... and we just need to never give up. You look and sound great, congratulations, getting under 200 is a BIG DEAL !!!!
