nice one mine is on march the 31st i did one about 2 years ago and never got back into it but this is driving me on lol I want to do a 1/2 marathon as well. Hows your training going?

I was the same matey, get home from work and open a can. I could get throuhg 5-6 cans a night. I am down now to about 1 a week if that. After a while you get used to it and you feel so much better not drinking so much.

i mainly work in the office, and i try every hour go for a walk round the factory or even just upstairs to the other drinks machine to make me a drink. Its not much but keeps you moving instead of just sitting there.

I put in all the proper things height, weight, age, etc and do have a belt and using it as per the instructions given. My workout it the 30 day shred DVD and as i said push my self to about 80-85% which for me is high intensity. I think i should do what jen suggest and -5% off the total.

thats why i started eating omelettes to boost my cals intake, just writing out my food dairy for next week to boost it up and work it out, but really tough.
