Bulk Up
Hi Guys and Gals I have been on here since January and doing really well. I am at the stage now where I want to bulk up. Thin but got belly advice
right advice time people please. Now been thinking last couple of days. Im 11 stone 8 Lbs which is not bad. The problem i have is a beer belly. i want to lose my belly but gain muscles in my arms and chest. Would it be best to up my calorie in take next month to say 2000 so that i am feeding my muscles and but do more…

How true are HRM on cals
I brought me a HRM on satuday and it is telling me that im losing around 300 cals pre 30 day shred DVD session im pushing myself to about 80-85%. Is it telling me the truth?

Insanity Day 2
Hi people I have just done day 2 of insanity, just wanted to see how other have got on and feeling the same. It was totally intense and couldnt do all exercise to the end but dug deep and did as much as i could and then some. Had to wallk arouind after, now felling exhuasted. Work Bored
At the moment work is going slow as always and during this time i just want to boredem eat, and finding it so difficult not to. I brought some cracker bread into today which is ok but like cardboard. How do you combat wanting to eat more at work?
