New start....

I have been on this before and did really well for 3 months lost nearly 1 stone and inches off my waist. I hit a bad time in my life and lost all motivation, trying to get that spark back. My new routine starts tonight, nothing to intense just slowly going to get back into it. My aim is to lose my belly fat properly and keep it off :)

Wonder if anyone has felt the same lack of motivation etc and getting back into it. Please feel free to add.

    well I did what I said I started last night only did push ups, sit ups and squats but it felt good again doing it.
