Confidence has alot to do with it. But that being said, women differ as to what they like. I prefer men with a little meat on their bones, some women prefer skinnier guys. When I was younger I preferred skinnier guys. But being confident and being able to hold a good conversation goes a long way.

I think it could be hormones changing with the change of your diet/exercise routine. I think I would wait for a bit before going to the doctor, but I wouldn't let it go on past 2-3 months (just to be on the safe side)

I think that most people will argue about how many calories you should have. But I think everyone would agree that eating good nutritional food will be great for you and your health. So try to eat healthy foods...

great !! You got this figured out... you look great....

foodnetwork. com is good, just make sure and click on the healthy recipes....These are from chefs, and I've found a lot of good ones on there and allrecipes.com

The one thing you have to remember is to make good picks on the food you do have. Since you're not eating 1200 every day, you need to make sure you get good nutrition (vitamins and minerals, etc) from your food. So just make sure and pick nutritional items, vegetable, fruits, good fats (nuts, olive oil, avacados). The good…

I would say if you like 1% milk, then I would get 1% greek yogurt because it is made from the 1% milk. Same on the others too. I make my own from milk and it depends on how long you let it process as to the tanginess. The longer it processes the tangier it is.

completely agree

lol, that's true...I guess if she is still eating really small amounts at a time that it will not stretch out, but if she eats like me, it would, lol

I love greek yogurt and make it myself alot. It is just strained yogurt (straining the whey and sugars) out. Anyway, Chobain plain taste alittle more tangy and like sour cream and fage is more mild. I always buy it plain and then add to it. Most of the time when I've bought flavored yogurt, it is loaded with sugar and…

But after awhile doesn't the stomach stretch back out ?

I have to disagree with Jester, sugar in fruit help maintain a good glucose level. It has fiber and it digest slower due to that fact that is does have fiber. I was type two diabetic and fruit helped me maintain a good glucose level. You have to watch how much you have though. I love fruit too, but I limit it to two…

I posted earlier about this...but I did want all the people that responded that were upset about her coming her to get advice, she is 18 yrs old and trying to figure this out. At 18 I didnt know much about nutrition., so let's help her and not criticize her for asking. Just my opinion.

I don't think that anybody should go under 1200 unless advised by a doctor. If you notice on label when they give you the information about % of daily vitamin, mineral, etc., they base it on 2,000 calories a day. So in order to get the right nutrition for your body to function good, you need to eat your vitamins and…

thank you for sharing, you look wonderful !

I don't think you messed up. Before you would have eaten this and never thought twice about it. You are in a different mindset now and so I don't think you have to worry about getting back into old habits. Do Not Be Hard On Yourself. It's one meal, it's ok.

I was at that point a few years ago. I ended up with pneumonia and in the hospital. It was so hard to breath and after I some what was on my way to recovering, I started walking to build up my system again. I loved it and just kept walking every day. It helped me get out of my depression, some kind of endorphins or…

when my ex was in the hospital recovering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns, the doctor said he needed 3-4 high calorie protein drinks a day added to him regular food. The reason was the dr said that his body was working hard to repair itself and he needed the extra calories. He didn't gain any weight. I don't think I would…

I was so confused by what bmr and tdee were. The chart helped me understand that tdee was the bmr and activity level. That helps me understand. Thank you for the chart and the link.

Ok, got it. I didn't read it right the first :) You are a very active person, if I was that active, I would need more calories too :) But then again, I'm not in my 20's anymore :( I don't think I could keep up with you :)

I found this and it makes sense to me as I was so confused.. Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) – (4.7 x age in years) Men: BMR = 66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.7 x height in inches – (6.8 x age in years) Now that you have your BMR, u can multiply it by your activity calculator to…
