Amazing!! Congratulations!!:drinker:

You said you eat healthy foods, which is great, but also make sure you are eating enough food. I don't know how many calories you eat a day, but that may be an issue if it is too low. By the way, I have thyroid issues as well and I have been on medication for 5 years now. It does help, but honestly, eating the right amount…

Awesome results!! :drinker: Congratulations!! That's what I need to do now that I have reached my goal weight. I need muscles now!!

Great question! Lowering my BF% is my goal as well. If that is your picture in your profile, you look AWESOME!! Your BF% is probably at a good level already. In my case, I weigh 102 pounds. I don't want to weigh less than that, but I still have a 20% BF. Do I still need to eat at a deficit to lower it? I probably…

You are so right!

My daughter enjoys yoga for kids. She is 7 though. I like it that it helps her slow down after a busy day at school. She does not do it regularly, but it is a good start.

I am 4'11" and currently weigh 102. I am trying to add muscle, so I have been doing more strength training. I have cut down on cardio and do it about once or twice a week the most. By the way, I am 41 years old.

There are times that I weigh 4 to 5 pounds more at the end of the day as opposed to my morning weigh-ins. If I see the scale, I might as well weigh myself, so after I weigh myself on Fridays, I put the scale up on a shelf in a closet that I do not need to open often, so i actually forget about it and don't take it down…

This, somehow, answers one of the questions I have had for a while. However, I am ONLY 4'11" and after cutting 15% of my TDEE (according to my BMF), I will have to eat around 1800 calories a day. I am more than happy to eat that. :) In fact, i have been eating this amount for about a month now. No weight loss, but no gain…

Awesome results!! Congratulations! I am going to start looking for gym equipment to buy so that I can do it at home. It is the best way for me anyway. Cheers to you!!:drinker:

Humm ... interesting! How can they be completely free of everything? That sounds too good to be true. :noway: Have you tried the peanut butter?

Congratulations!! Keep up the good work. You look great!

Bump - great tips. I am 4'11" and I am also trying to figure out my real TDEE.

That's what I have been doing, too. There are days I eat less and days I eat more than my daily allowance, as long as it averages out at the end of the week. It works better for me this way. I also keep a spreadsheet, which helps keep track of weekly and even monthly averages.

Bump! I want to read more about it. I am currently doing CLX and added 6 week/6 pack twice a week since I already do 2 days of abs from CLX.

I have to agree with you on the pushups. I have been doing 12 on my toes for a few weeks, so now I am doing 15 when she does 12 and 5 instead of 3 extreme ones. Pushups are great!!!

I love peanut butter! My favorite thing to do is spread it on a banana. I have one almost every day.
