the elliptical is my favorite. I set it on random and level 14 or 16. burns 450cal in 30mins. I give the treadmill an honest try, but I just can't get the hang of it. Prefer to run outside.

Leave the junk food at the super market. If its not there, then you won't eat it. Before you check out always go through your cart and ask yourself if you really need it. Stock up on fruits when your craving carbs.

Moderation is the best lifestyle choice to make when it comes to food. Don't deprive yourself, but indulge once in a while. You don't have to cut out calories if you don't splurge if you exercise that day and burn it off.
