I believe they say that if you workout before breakfast then you burn fat as the body needs to use the fat as energy. I used to use Maximuscle Promax Diet regularly and it worked really well. Unfortunately, I bought 3 of the same flavour and got bored with it but when using it regularly it was brilliant. Couple that with Thermobyl and I got down to the weight that I need to get back to now! :)

I've just got back into spin and you are all correct, it hurts. But then you feel so much more energetic throughout the day. I love it and i've noticed my fitness levels going up at a rate of knots. Keep with it, the pain will be worth it in the end.

I'm in exactly the same situation. Ended up working away in Norway for a month and just couldn't bring myself to exercise at all. Now i've put back on all the weight I lost with interest! Today was the first day back in the gym and on the calorie watching again. Goal is to lose 2 stone by September. Add me if you like?
