  • Are you doing exercises that involve the abs? If not, then your body may be shifting the fat to the area least used. Try doing more ab involved work outs. Pilates and Tae Bo are good examples.
  • As far as being picky goes, I don't eat beef very often, I don't like the grease. Or pork for that matter, too chewy. With fruits and veggies, not really, I try to eat as wide a variety as I can. Some times that is hard, but I do my best. The way I look at it is balance over time.

  • It may, because the daily intake they give covers how much your body needs to run properly. If you eat too little your body will think that food is scarce and will begin hoarding calories as fat. I am having to teach myself to eat more. I had no idea my current intake was as low as 900 calories on some days.
