i like to have my larger meal at lunch time, and i have a really small dinner usually around 5:30 and i don't eat after that.

i'm in. i'm addicted to diet mountain dew, and i usually get a 44 oz pop, now i get the cup and ice and fill it up w/ water! i've already had about 10 cups of water today, and will have another two cups during my workout tonight! the bathroom and i are great friends. ha:happy:
