I take one from Rainbow Light without added sugar, and it's whole food based. I like all of their vitamins. I also take cordyceps for immune health, feverfew for headaches, vitamin c and a probiotic. Our food supply isn't as nutritionally dense as it once was. Better safe then sorry.

Hahahahaha! Best comment ever!

I've had a neighbor's dog "join" me on a run, and everyone kept looking at me like, helloooo your dog is not on a leash. I can't trying to explain that it wasn't my dog as I ran, but finally I put him in my car and drive him home. He's always out (I think the owner is getting senile) but now I avoid the house!

Omg, seriously? She's in England and I believe that's a little scone. And most people post before photos. What kind of comment is that?

I'm 5'0 and close to my goal now, but oh lawdry is it hard when you're a shortie! Every bite counts, and I just can't eat as much as someone 6 inches taller then me. I do like to run, which helps me eat a bit more. I feel ya girl, but it can be done! You can add me too, if you would like. Good luck!

I'm 5'0 as well, and I went to school in WV and lived there for a few years bc my husband is from fairmont. Most definitely, a cultural thing. Without a doubt. You look ahhhhhhhmazing!

Again, reasoning like this makes me think Mfp is filled with Kellogg's employees that have no reasoning ability. Non natural msg has been linked to cancer and obesity, not to mention migraines. Naturally occurring MSG is world aparts from the chemical we process and add to our food. It's ridiculous. Someone defending MSG?…

This is SO silly. You forgot to include the other ingredients in typical canned soups (MSG, ferrous sulfate, gmo soy protein, and sodium phosphate. Sounds like non food for me and my kiddos. But go ahead and discount tons and tons of research not backed by food corporations. Silly goose. The pop tart thread is somewhere…

Eating healthy would be cheaper for me if I didn't buy organic. The biggest change is the time it takes to prepare meals now instead of unwrapping them. I can do this because I only work part time, but it would be much harder if both parents worked full time. Sometimes, there's a 15 minute window between activities to…

Organic is a fad? Lol. I'll be sure to let my naturopath know that and my father in laws John Hopkins oncologist know that.

Isn't that 105 pounds?

Sounds like a great smoothie, but go ahead and eat or drink a ton of beets and see what happens... I know, we went through a mad beet phase. Go ahead and try. I found my smoothies can't replace a meal, but I love them as a way to get more nutrients.

I've used coconut oil forever for soap making and then started cooking with it. I use straight Shea as a moisturizer bc coconut oil is a comedogenic. I have oily skin and coconut oil clogs my pores, but i love it as an eye makeup remover. Have you ever tried oil pulling? I tried it once with coconut oil and puked! I feel…

i have to bump bc soup is awesome!

I never had an eating disorder, but I do eat cleanish with humanely raised meat. You can add me if you would like support in that area.

That is a myth. I worked at a blood for 10 years. Your body replenishes the volume lost within 48 hours,

I eat frequently. Probably every 2-3 hours, which helps me fight off the hunger. I eat a lot of veggies as my snacks but also pair it with something that either has protein or fiber. I'll make half a sandwich sometimes as a snack too. I'm not a body builder so I don't eat massive amounts of protein, but I have found it…

Maybe you are at a good weight for your height?
-
I don't judge success by how thin or bulked up a person is. In real life I meet with trainers and incredibly fit people every week (I work part time at a fitness store) and they ALL say their health is related to how they fuel their body. My body isn't full of mysterious toxins, but our chemical laden food supply sure is.…

My abs suck. Yours do not!

Breastfeeding rocks! Great for the babes, but I was shocked by how much I lost when breastfeeding. I ate like like a little piggo and the pounds fell off. And then I stopped breastfeeding and kept eating like a little piggo....

Me too!

My BMR sucks. It's 1150. I eat about 1500-1600 or a little more when exercising and am losing slowly. I only have about 5 more pounds to lose.

Check out Chocolate Covered Katie blog. She has some great ideas. You can always replace refined sugars with raw honey to keep it totally "clean." I also make my own stevia tinctures.

Water fasting? Excess exercise with ankle weights? I think you need to concentrate on why you are not happy with yourself. You are beautiful and placing way to much emphasis on a scale.
-
Without a doubt..the Vitamix!
-
YES! This too! As I exercise more I look at the things that I put in my mouth and ask, is this going to help or hurt me? I felt like *kitten* eating fast food and processed foods all the time. I sure as heck would rather drink one of my green smoothies after a workout then something like a poptart. I just don't feel good…

I enjoy my food more now bc I usually cook it, instead of unwrapping it. Taking the time to cook from scratch has given me so much more enjoyment with food now. I still struggle with quantity though. If I crave "bad" food I will have a cupcake or go out to eat for a good burger. I don't crave processed foods as much now…

I'm 5'0 and and I TRY to only eat 1500 calories per day, even with working out. I am slowly losing weight, like ounces per week. I measure all my food-from the peanut butter to the meat to how many cups of spinach I'm eating. I also am trying to use my HRM instead of MFP calculations. Once you know that you are truly…

I'm with ya! Just trying to do more muscle workouts is the only way I know. I take a pump class that is solely lifting, but really I think you have to have a pretty low bf % to have a lean stomach. I'm not sure I care that much. :) My body fat is about 23% and I'm shooting for 20%.
