  • Hey ladies!! I am new to the group, but to MFP. I found out I was prego in June, due Jan 22. :) The first trimester was carb and sugar central, with no exercise! Trying to get back into the healthy way of thinking and eating. Excited to have found this group!
  • I'm on week 2, Day 1. I haven't been able to run outside because the weather has sucked. It's definitely easier on the treadmill. I use the App RunDouble, it's free and easy to use. Good luck!!!

  • Dr. Oz was talking about them awhile back. But sometimes I don't know about him. LOL! I tried them, not consistently though, and didn't notice any substantial difference.   • I have the same issue, sadly. I think what works best for me is watching my carb and sugar intake. Even when I was thin, I still had a lil pooch. I think a lot of women are in the same boat. Also I found that running as my cardio helped my core.
