I did my day 2 yesterday. I completed it but the abs part killed me. I had to stop twice but I kept going. Day three today when I get off work. Next week I'm going to do it early in the morning to see if how it goes. Got 5 weeks to go till my brother in law's wedding.

I been noticing that I have been snacking alot. I only do it at work but when I'm home I'm busy with my homework and other things that I sometimes forget to eat. I got to do better. The dress only zippens halfway up in the smaller size. I'm going to try to drink some tea to see if that helps.

My weight last Sunday was 223 but for some reason I'm gained some water weigh. I did take off two day to celebrate my birthday but I watched what I ate. As of this morning I'm up 4 pounds ugh!! Hoping I can get this extra 4 pounds and the ten pounds off so I'm ready!
