I was doing really good with my weight loss and this week I finally joined a local gym and started adding excercise to my daily routine. I workout daily, 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15-30 minutes on the expresso tour bikes, and then strength training. But I now showing a weight gain and it is really getting frustrating. I know its only been two pounds since I started at the gym three days ago but I want the weight to go away not add on. What do I do?

Its water weight. When you workout, especially when you havent before, your body stores water to repair muscles. This is also why its important to eat more when you workout to help aid the rebuilding process.0

Be sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out the excess and wait.0
