I log it when I pack it.

I have 6 children. They are 13, 11, 10, 6yo twins and 5mo. I pre- log everything I take to work and plan my day around how many calories I have left. Between work and the kids, I can't seem to find the time to exercise. I do a lot of walking at work. I have a walking App on my phone that tracks how many calories I'm…

I have been running a little over 1700. I try to eat something every time I pump and a little extra when I'm at work. I've found fresh fruit is a good snack. Apples, Carrots and Celery with Peanut Butter.

I count just water.

Hi Dianna. I have 6 kids. 13, 11, 10, 6yo twins, and 4mo. I know I'll never get back down to my pre-preg weight of 115. I'll be happy with somewhere around 130. I was 190 at delivery and down to 166. We can do it.

Hi Kris. I set my meals as Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, and work. It lets me keep track of everything at the right time on my days off. I work 10pm to 6am, so I start tracking my calories and exercise when I go to work. ( exercise because some of the jobs are more physical than others) I think it helps me plan…

Where are you hiding those pounds? How tall are you?..... You look great!

I get excited over the big numbers. i didn't weigh myself until I'd been doing this for a month. I'm too afraid of what the scale will say.

I have 6 kids. The first three were vaginal. Working as a waitress, the weight was gone and I was toned again in just a couple of months. ... 5'3" I weighed 115 at the most and wore size 3 jeans. Then I got prego with the twins. I weighed 195 when i had the C-section. Got it down to about 150 (ugh) before I got pregnant…

Some of the girls in my breastfeeding group have said that Nordstroms (sp?) will convert any bra into a bursing bra for a fee.

I have 6 kids and work midnights. Right now the baby is teething, so I'm lucky to find enough time to sleep much less exercise. I have been trying to get in a couple of extra laps in at work to add to my walking time. I agree eating the extra 500 calories for breastfeeding is hard.

It's probably closer to 500. It'll be an easy 1,000 when he starts walking thoough. LOL

Hi. My youngest was born the middle of March. I work full time too ( Midnights) It's hard to juggle taking care of the kids, sleeping, and exercising.
-
I would go with the standard 500 calories plus 20 calories each for the extra ounces you pump.

I actually gained weight after having my now 4 month old. I'm 60 pounds overweight and tired of feeling fat and tired. I've started cleaning my diet. It's better, but has room for improvement. Now I'm going to find time to exercise even if it's just 30 minutes a day.

Our gym has a free trainer a couple times a week. That would keep you accountable. You could also join some of the exercise classes.

I hope this works out better for you. I have 6 kids ages 13 down to 4mo. I can't afford to pay for something I can get for free. I'm sure I'm not doing everything right. I don't get the whole carbs thing and am way over the sugar mark every day, but it is a lot better than when I started two weeks ago.

I've tried a few of them. Several won't work in the background so you can't lock the phone. They will pause if you have an alarm go off or take a call....... A couple of them randomly reset which makes them useless.... The only one I've found so far is called Accupedo. It runs in the background, so it keeps going if you…

Android has a ton of free pedometer apps. I don't know if any of them work though.....

Yes. My biggest problem is that I pump at lunch so I don't have time to warm up what I eat. I end up eating mostly snack type items I can keep in my cooler. I also have a problem going back to sleep after I get up to pump around noon.

I've had 2 sections. The newest one 4 months ago. I still have about 60 pounds to lose. I have a huge pouch below the belly button.

I just had #6 in March. Didn't have any problems losing the weight with the first three, but got stuck with the twins. I still have 60 to lose. feel free to add me.

I just started too. I have 60 pounds to lose. Feel free to add me.

If you have a problem with your stomach, Crunches or Abdominal exercises would tone them. After gaining 70 pounds with three children in 6 years, I would kill for your bod. ( Not really, just saying)

I shop for a family of 8. Shopping in bulk is a must for us. I just started here, but have been planning my meals in advance to the point of measuring out chips or snacks.
