  • wouldn't the spagetti have carbs.. and so does marinara sauce.. lots actually cause of the sugar.
  • throw in a protein shake. Broccoli and spinach are great because the carbs that they have are fiberous. So your net carbs still come out pretty much nothing. :) I LOVE chicken! And extra lean ground beef. Why the no carb dinner?
  • you've been eating the same thing for over a year!? your body could have adapted to the way that you eat! yes please change you caloric intake :o I change mine every 4 - 5 weeks.   • my eyes and my backside stand out the most to me. I have very wide hip and my legs are rather long. So my bottom has always had a nice shape to it.   • Totally just had like 25 almonds... but there are dougnuts sitting in the kitchen at work.. I opened the box, and saw them, and saw my favourtie.. a Honey Cruler from Tim Hortons... and I shut the box and sat back at my desk and sulked.. punched it into my diary and everything went red.. nope.. not happening.

  • when I feel comfortable in my own skin. I am not comfortable in what I wear, I get self concious all the time and I hate (sorry for the crazy amount of detail) taking off my clothes around a guy, in worry that he may judge me for how I have a belly.

  • that first 10 pounds not to burst your bubble was water hun. You'll always start with loosing a huge number.. water drops first. just stick too it, I'm still getting though the first 15lbs.. I've been dieting for 3 weeks.
  • Agree. But I used the Instant plain oats from Quaker. They have the same nutrients as the oats in bluk. LOVE them in the morning, and no measuring needed, 1 package is equal to 1/3 cup of dry oats. :) throw in 1/2 a small banana and water! :) YUMM
  • I second this, I have stopped using sweetners too and the weight loss is coming off. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism..   • noticed this too!! I took hydroxycut oh god maybe 7 years ago and it was AMAZING! Then tried it again maybe a year to a year and a half ago and it was not the same, made my heart hurt and everything was just blah.. gross.

  • I try to just get my Phytoberry and Vegegreens supplements during the day. 1 scoop of each (bought from Popeyes maybe GNC not sure) is equal to your daily requirements of each. :D BUT I still have extra fruit and veggies.. it's just to make sure I'm not missing ANYTING!

  • I second greek, but it has to be PLAIN! or you're just getting the sugar back in. 20g's of sugar with the 'fruit on the botton" is not worth if to me.. that's my daily maxiumum limit.
  • I'm the same. I eat a lot of meat during the day; lunch is usually 6oz of fish and then dinner is chicken, beef or fish. It depends if your buyign "pre-frozen" meat products. and I never go near my sodium, I find I'm adding salt to everything to get closer so I don't feel as dehydrated..
  • I was quoting it because she said she stayed away from carbs prior to bed, and yogurt has carbs, unless it's greek and then it's low carb (only plain).
