How big were they when you were a teenager? In my experience, boobs after losing weight should be back at that size. So if you were a B cup then, it might go back. If you were already a D, it probably wont get smaller.

Poor posture gives you the appearance of having more belly fat, and having good posture and a strong core can help reduce that.

Sometimes I weigh less at night than I do at other times, but I tend to retain a lot of water after having given birth. I weigh 7kg less than I did before I got pregnant and my rings used to fit, but they still mostly dont (some days my fingers deflate and I can wear them for a few hours).

When were you over your limit? You only went over 1000 calories once, and even then, you didnt eat your limit of 1200. You need to work on EATING!

I rarely have an unhealthy meal, but the healthiest was roasted cauliflower, roasted carrots and cod with grainy mustard-greek yoghurt coating. Tonight, I'm making veggie-lentil 'meat'balls with mashed potatoes (mashed with chicken broth not milk/butter) and peas/carrots.

I don't know how many calories you're allotted daily, but eating 3500 calories in one day more than likely won't do anything to your progress, and you might still lose weight.

I think you put in to lose 2lbs a week right? Perhaps change the goal to be losing .5 lbs a week and eat at that level. People who dont have much weight to lose shouldnt try to be too aggressive with their weight loss. The only thing you can do if you plateau at 1200 is increase calories. Take a pregnancy test if you missed your period week completely, and if its negative, go to the doctor and get a blood pregnancy test to be sure. If thats negative, ask your doctor for further medical advice.

I make sure I have calories for snacks. I dont deprive myself. I also dont eat the kids' school snacks. But I do have a container with a difficult lid that I put all our other snacks in. I've tried to cook so there arent any leftovers but if there are, even from plates, we put them into a container and in the fridge. If its not worth it and not spiced, I give it to my dog or the green bin.

I measure the smallest circumfrence of my sides. As I lose weight, it gets lower and closer to the '2 inches above bellybutton' area.

500 extra per day. Dont forget to drink more water directly after feeding. That makes a difference with hunger too.
