I'm seriously done with it. Mind games are unnecessary. Don't tell me one thing and then act something totally different.

Thanks for all the great responses!

Thank you! Nope, lol.

I'm 4'10, currently weigh 114. Goal is somewhere between 100-110.

Bumpity bump?

Don't pay too much attention to your BMI, since it only accounts for height and weight. It doesn't take other factors into account. You can have two people of the same height who each weigh 170 pounds, for example, yet they can look totally different, even though they have the same BMI. The most accurate "easy" thing is…

Thanks! I'm going to show them this picture so they can decide. Not really a big deal if it's not, since I can always exchange it for another dress :)

Bump..

Seriously? You told someone that you were impressed by their ability to form a three-syllable word. That sounds like an insult to me.

If you were not trying to insult anyone, why did you take the time to run everyone's posts through a writing analyzer, and then post your results?
-
It shows a whopping 2.91 grade level after running this through. "Sweet. That's twice as high as the Honey Boo Boo Brigade. What does it say if you take all my posts and run it through? That's what I did for the original post. If you take all the comments from this thread written by people who think the show is great, then…

According to Blue Centauri, your post comes out to a 5th grade level. You should analyze your own intelligence before attempting to insult the intelligence of others.

1,200 calories is not necessarily unhealthy. It all depends on your BMR and TDEE.

Height doesn't really have that much to do with it. I'm 4'10 and eat almost 1,300 calories/day to lose half a pound a week. I would eat 1,500 calories/day for maintenance.

Any exercise at all is better than none :) I would suggest, for maximum benefits, to do strength training and cardio. You can't go wrong with that combination! The cardio is great for your heart, and strength training is great for over all toning. It doesn't really matter whether or not you do cardio or strength first. A…

Not a huge fan of greasy foods (fried chicken, pizza), potato chips, any snack cakes (Little Debbie, honeybuns, or anything overly sweet), or mint and chocolate together (York Peppermint Patties are disgusting!).

Her body, her baby. If I were pregnant, though, I would do everything in my power to make sure I have a healthy baby. My mom was a heavy, long time smoker when she found out she was pregnant with me. She quit cold turkey as soon as she found out.

Muscle mass can't increase unless you eat at a surplus, and muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1 pound of fat = 1 pound of muscle. Muscle occupies less space, but it does not weigh more.

nje - I see Catherine Zeta Jones... but your profile picture is kinda dark so I can't really see your face that well :/

If you would have read what I posted, you would have seen that I provided a link as to where I got my information from, which was, in fact, not this website. Also, it is not a blanket statement, as nothing can be done to a food to reduce the number of calories it has. Cucumbers have calories. Pickles are cucumbers. The…

My mom has epilepsy. PLEASE go to the doctor ASAP and get yourself checked out. Stay away from WebMD and sites like that...they will drive you absolutely crazy! Make sure you're eating enough, and relax until you can get yourself checked out! You're not considered epileptic until you have more than one seizure.

You could always wear a HRM while you eat to see how many calories you burn doing all that chewing.
-
We understand the processes in which the body burns calories. And, we are not arguing with that information. However, you should probably do your research before you say that certain foods have zero calories, when they don't. Lol. Don't scold others for their lack of research when you have clearly failed to research…

Actually, pickles do have calories. One cup of sliced/chopped cucumber, dill, or kosher dill pickle has 17 calories. Iceberg lettuce also has calories. One cup contains 10. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2476/2

Haha! I'd risk biting my tongue off. Loads of fat and cholesterol right there.

Then I guess you break even...
