  • The answer is yes, sort of. You should do various types of abs / core exercises to hit on the different parts of your abdominal wall, oblique, hip flexor, and lower back. Just do a search on abs and core training, you'll find plenty of examples. Then make a 15 to 20 minute routine out of them. That's my two cents

  • Renae, How much water are you drinking? Real water, not the flavored stuff or energy drinks. 99% of hunger pains are due to dehydration. Start there and then get a little more will power, you won't die from hunger pain. :^)
  • You need to end the week with the correct caloric deficit to continue your weight loss. There is a process to eating called "zigzagging" ex. go over 300 calories on day and then go under 300 calories the next. At the end of the week you will still have the proper deficit. It can help you mix it up a little as the same diet…
