I personally think you should break up. People change as they get older. I know my views are different than they were when I was 18, 24, hell even last year. Im 36. My opinion is you need to get out thee and experience life and find the real you. Sounds like you have been living the "us" and not you.

Yeah I know its not muscles and I am guessing the diet needs to change. I never really worked out before. all the weight lose was from eating and calorie counting. So I am guessing it could be water weight and not eating enough now so my body would be storing. I just need to adjust if it continues to climb.

Heaviest = 276 Lightest = 180 Now = 230 Goal = 200 I started trying to lose weight last September when I hit my heaviest. Its been one yr and I am at 230. I am working hard to get to 200. I have lost over 2 inches on my neck, waist, hips, and chest. Seeing results push me harder.
