Yes! Hiking! Just for kicks, put in 2 hours of hiking cross country in your exercise log to see what you can burn. It's awesome! I just went aboout a month ago and did that. Other than that, I would do a few sets of squats and lift a small set of handweights every day.

Exactly! Leave everyone else alone and get off your high horse. The more judgemental people are, the less anyone else cares what they think anyway. I find that I'm more susceptible to bad eating habits when TOM visits because I'm more easily exhausted and stressed and looking for comfort. It's life. Nothing to scream at…

Hey there! If you're far enough under your daily calorie goal, you're metabolism will slow down. Try adding a bit more calories to your day if you think that might be happening. Good luck!

Yeah, I think everyone pretty much agrees you might need to add more calories. Try to stick closer to your daily goal rather than going too far under. And eat back at least most of the calories you burn with exercise. See how you feel in a couple weeks. :-)

The chest presses are the best. They do feel easy so I lay there with a big smile on my face enjoying the "break". I also love the punching. Lol
