I'm doing the 30DS as well. That is so tough! I've never done a really tough workout before. I just finished level 1, day 3 and it was noticeably easier than day 2. Good luck!

you're kicking a**! :-)

Right now I'm just fitting in some walking outside during my work day to supplement 30DS. I just love that anyway because it makes me feel good rather than just sitting at a desk all day.

That was yesterday morning. I just got done with day 3 and it was noticeably easier to get through. I only took a few breaks! woohoo! :-)

"7. If you fall off the wagon, hop right back on that very minute - one binge or treat doesn't mean you through the whole day away." I'm working on this one. It's tough. I get way to hard on myself mentally which makes it easy for me to mess up my whole day. A work in progress...like everything else :-)

Ugh, the weekends are killers. I'm sure you'll get right back on track, but I know it sucks to feel like you're catching up again instead of making more progress. And godsygirl, great job! That's the best feeling :-) Good luck on Wednesday!

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 135lbs. I got down to 139 before I got pregnant last time and I thought that was just about right. I'm also a medium to larger build.

Here's my start with the 30DS so far... Saturday - Day 1. OUCH! Immediately followed up with swimming, tubing and drinking at a family reunion on a lake. Immediately followed up with dancing at a club and more drinking with a friend all night. Sunday - OUCH!!!!! Can't move. Didn't get enough sleep. Definitely overdid it…

small spoonful of peanut butter and a couple of crackers and a tall glass of water. then keep yourself busy. not easy, i know.

I started 30DS today. That is no joke!! I need to muster the motivation to stick with this because I know I'll see some results if I do that every day! I feel slightly nauseous. :-P
-
Wow! I was hating Jillian! I had to take several 5 second breaks so I have no idea how I'm going t obe ready for level 2 after 10 of these!
-
I usually weigh myself every Friday morning but this morning I had gained a little and I was feeling kind of bloated so I'm going to try again tomorrow to see if I get a better result. Lol

My PSA for the day ~ Please don't drink diet beer, for it is supa lame! :-P
-
ditto!! I'm from Wisconsin. Follow the advice above and drink your favorite! And also follow the other good advice I saw...don't drink cheap beer!

agree!

Awesome that the host is being supportive and making something special for you!

You've got a great program! Roller derby sounds so fun. Not everyone on here is going to do 30DS daily so don't worry about it. I'm probably going to do one or two rest days per week. And I love your name :-)

We're here :-)

I did some pilates this morning, ate a healthy 326 cal breakfast, cup of green tea, and am downing water. Planning on heading to the salad bar at lunch with some filling protein and taking a walk afterwards. Then tomorrow I'm on to the 30DS.

Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm 33, 5'4" and have 26 lbs to lose. Things that are inspiring me to do this are the way I look in pictures, my 12 year-old son beating me at arm wrestling, and my mom getting a gastric sleeve surgery last year. So I want to look good, feel strong, and be healthy. I am kind of excited to challenge myself…

2 packets of plain instant oats 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup of 2% milk teaspoon of honey 3 or 4 oz of OJ to wash down my vitamins cup of green tea = 326 cal.

I'm a big coffee and black tea drinker. But for the past week or so I've been replacing them with green tea without sweeteners. I read that specific antioxidants in green tea help with weight loss so I've been trying to drink a cup after every meal. Every little bit helps right? Here's something that explains it if…

Well I'm trying to get myself used to eating less calories and going to try to start cooking healthier meals. For my workouts, I've started going for brisk walks at lunch time and I've been doing Winsor Pilates videos at home in the evenings. I'm going to upgrade the videos to the 30 Day Shred starting Saturday and I'll…

Hi everyone! I'm Courtney. I have been a yo-yo since hitting my highest weight 7 years ago. I'm pretty new to MFP. I started loggin in on occasion in June, but just finished my first week of logging all of my meals and exercising almost daily. I'm 33 years old, 5'4. SW in June was 163. CW is 160. Goal is 135. Tomorrow is…

So that's what that means! I had not figured that out yet. And you are having a great day! Congrats! :-)
-
I'm new, but based on my reading and how I feel on days I work out, I'd say eat some of the calories back, but not all. Mostly depends on how much you're eating and how you feel.

for real.

Ooo, I'm in!
