i'm 21 im 5'7 and i weigh 208 and would love to be under 200 by the end of the year. oh and to make it even more fun my boyfriend and i just broke up. Someone hide the chocolate!!

i can now fit back into my favorite pair of black jeans and they are almost to loose now. its a great feeling when i realised i actually have to go clothes shoping.

i need a partner to help me loose to push me to loose more weight, i have a weakness for fries and kit kat bars and i need to stop eating them. ( the down side i work in a fried food restuarant all night)

My plan is to just stay active and do my best to drink lots of water. its easy to choose other things to drink when they are offered so i have to remember those are only treats. Oh and work on eating more veggies, i love eating fruits especially apples but i tend to forget about my veggies so need to work on that. I just…

Well lets see i started this weight loss journey at 232 and that was back in august and im down to 208-210 it varries by day and i'm kinda stuck. confidence, kisses and the feel of someones arms around me. oh and wearing a pair of high heels that fit perfectly makes me feel very sexy no matter where i am.

fruits and veggies and things with higher fiber like oatmeal can help though look for ones that say high fiber and try not to get the ones with tons of extra sugar and flavorings. even if you buy plain oatmeal you can add cinnamon and some brown sugar or honey for flavoring and mix in diced apples for extra texture.

i like apple slices and grapes when im craving something sweet but oatmeal is also a big one for me because i work overnights and at 2 in the morning im not super hungry but i want something that will get me threw the rest of my shift and so i have a cup of oatmeal with apples and dried cranberries and rasins in it.
