Another NSV for me!

It may sound daft but it's the little things yeah? Today I painted my toe nails for the first time since trying to lose weight and OMG I didn't have to twist my body at a strange angle to be able to get at my toes!!! I just bent over and there they were!! My huge post section belly dangler is no longer such an impediment to toenail painting ! Wooooooooooooooooo Happy days :laugh:

    I felt the same when I could tie my shoes without having to catch my breath lol

    Don't down the little things!!!!!!! The non-scale victories are what TRULY make weight loss do-able and what makes them stick. If I could have done all of my NSV things before losing the weight... why in the world would I have wanted to lose it in the first place?? Congrats!!!!!!!

    My daughter has been doing my toes for years, but last week when I did them myself, it washard to bend all the way over :( So GOOD JOB!!!!:) Can't wait till I'm there!

    that is an awesome NSV, I had a smaller towel (not my bigger towel) this morning and it wrapped all around me, we do notice and appreciate things like that. Enjoy your NSV's :)

    i can now fit back into my favorite pair of black jeans and they are almost to loose now. its a great feeling when i realised i actually have to go clothes shoping.
