Trying to add my ticker to this now

I'll jump in with this and set my goal to 50 for December. http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wst3mfU/exercise.png

I hope I am able to eat less but I expect I will be one of the people trying to work out more...
-
Thankfully the full will be more of a scenic fun run so time will not matter but we will see if I pull the trigger and sign up for it.

Finished mine going what the heck was I thinking...Now I am looking at 2 for next year and my first full, yah I am crazy....
-
You are no where close to done...I turned 40 this year and ran my first 1/2 marathon, just to prove I could. I plan to complete my first full next year. Sorta sad to say but I am in better shape now that in my 30's...Do what you want and let the others worry about themselves. We are old enough to know what we want and…

I would say the only time it is too late is when we stop trying. Sadly our stomachs are probably the last place to really tone and show weight loss. Think it is just a cruel twist of fate myself, but if you stick to it then yes I think you can get where you want to be. May want to add lifting in your routine from other…

Not in GA but no doubt you will get there. Can be a slow process but very worth it.

Be proud, not everyone can say they finished a 1/2 marathon or have even tried to do it. I have my first 1/2 the end of October. Just think of how your 1/2 marathon pictures will change as you keep running. CONGRATS on taking care of business and completing the 1/2!!!
-
That is great, as a fellow runner I can respect the time difference and dedication it took to get there. Also like the blur to the final action shot showing how fast you are now :)
-
You look amazing and I am sure will be a great motivation to others...
-
Feel free to add me. always up to support people and can never have too many friends.
-
Have to agree you there. I don't lift but I am about to run my 1st 1/2 marathon, just to prove I get better with age. :)
-
Such a stunning success I imagine you will inspire many others to commit to change the way you have. Great job!!!

Welcome back and to be honest I think allot of us are guilty of getting slack with MFP. I am fairly active but I find that if I am not careful weight can creep up fast. But hey the good part is we can always come back to it and MFP will forgive us...

If it is still available look into Google's My Tracks I have used it in the past before getting a GPS watch.
-
What a transformation!!! great job to both of you on the hard work.
-
It is amazing how many times we are our own worst enemy. I don't think I have ever seen anyone place it out there quite as well as you have here. Thank you for pointing out to us all what damage we can be doing to ourselves. Stay strong and know you are a great person. Thank you
-
What more is there to say, GREAT JOB!!!!
-
Great Job

Amazing accomplishment, keep up the great work.

All I can tell you is that my wife has the fitbit ultra and she loves it. Also side note that darn thing has survived 3 trips through the Washing machine and dryer with only a few chips in the case. Thought the last trip killed it but no just needed to be charged.
-
Now that is amazing new worth celebrating that is for sure...
-
Man that is a great transformation!!! Proof of hard work and determination...

Be proud of yourself for doing it. I run every other night most weeks and enjoy seeing others out running no matter their level or how they look. They are out there doing it and bettering themselves and seeing them run gives me a little boost to better myself and push myself a little harder. My wife just started the C25K…
