I have the same worry, all I eat is fruit and veg really but I'm afraid I do go over on the fruit part. Going to swap one piece of fruit for berries and another piece of fruit to cherry tomatoes or baby carrot :) but will still have 2-3 fruits a day :)

Thanks guys, I totally agree with everything said. I'm very iffy on taking protein powders for shakes and stuff likewise but if it will nourish my body and help me then I guess I can give it a try :) When you say swap foods, what foods do you mean?

Yep, I've lost 15lbs and no one has said it looks like I've lost weight, not even my boyfriend which really sucks :( Hopefully soon we will both see a difference, we just need to stop focusing on wanting and waiting for people to notice then I'm sure we will change and everyone will notice and congratulate us on the weight…
