September- December challenge

Hello Everybody,
I was thinking of starting a challenge group starting September 1st - 31st December. There will be regular weigh-ins and weekly challenges that will hopefully be suitable to everyone.
Just wondering if anyone would be interested.

    Glad to see plenty of interested people, currently setting up the group and I will invite people and as well as posting the link on here.

    The challenges could be anything from making sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to a set of living room exercises to do each day. We could have a point for each day you do the weekly challenge and the winner gets to choose the next challenge.

    Interested! I've more or less reached my weight goal, and want to focus on fitness goals and beginning weight lifting.. but I've been procrastinating for months.. I hope something like this will help me finally get my butt into gear!

    I'm definitely in. :) I'm moving in with my finance in a few weeks and don't want the change in living situation adversely affect my weight loss (as major life events have affected me in the past :explode: ). A challenge spanning over and beyond that move will definitely help! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
