Glad to see plenty of interested people, currently setting up the group and I will invite people and as well as posting the link on here.
The challenges could be anything from making sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to a set of living room exercises to do each day. We could have a point for each day you do the weekly challenge and the winner gets to choose the next challenge.0 -

Interested! I've more or less reached my weight goal, and want to focus on fitness goals and beginning weight lifting.. but I've been procrastinating for months.. I hope something like this will help me finally get my butt into gear!0

I'm definitely in. I'm moving in with my finance in a few weeks and don't want the change in living situation adversely affect my weight loss (as major life events have affected me in the past :explode: ).
