  • I used to be the same way until I watched this documentary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ce4DJh-L7Ys&feature=plcp I went from Atkins diet (eating nothing but meat) to Vegetarian the second I watched it. That was two and half years ago and I haven't had any desire to eat meat since.

  • My favorite, easiest vegan meal: 1 Can of Black Beans (reduced sodium) 1 Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes (no salt added) 2-3 Tablespoons of Peppers (I blend banana peppers and jalapeños together so they're all diced up) I just put it all in a pot and wait for it to boil. It's really good and easy.
