All the cereal being mentioned is really expensive...healthy sure, but at what cost (no pun intended)? I eat the no sugar/honey version of Cheerios...100 cal a serving and packed with nutrients, I think it's the best choice. I got a super family size box at Walmart yesterday for 2.38 :)

To me, clean eating just means don't eat overly processed foods like things you would find in the frozen foods section or things you would buy at fast food joints. Losing 5lb a week is just not realistic :( It's not safe or healthy either. If you want to keep the weight off then do it RIGHT! Otherwise it will come back with a vengance. Trust me on this.

I think Insanity is too much high impact on your knees. It's really for people who are already in shape looking to reach the next level. I wouldn't reccomend it to you :(
