personally i would trust your HRM, like u say its the only 1 that actually marks how hard u worked (with the wind, hills etc) so even though it seems a lot higher than mfp, mfp will only be calculating it on a flat surface im guessing :) x

take my advice.... go prepared! theres nothing healthy at the cinema snack place so maybe take little bags of chopped fruit that u can get from supermarkets or a bag of healthy popcorn like the stuff you get from 'pret a manger' if you know that place? x

I can relate to this... i got all my fave winter/autumn clothes out from last year and they arent even close to fitting me well now cos there much too loose! i much prefer loosing all those inches to the number on the scales :) well done u! x

i logged it as circuit training - general under cardio too and im 150lbs n its about 220 calories a workout for me :) hope this helps :heart: Emma

thankyou for your help... unfortunately it ended up being 640calories for the whole meal! 100 carbs and 11 fat... i had no idea it'd be that bad i wish i'd looked before i had it :cry:

yeah the only weights i had around the house were 6lb weights for my 1st day on the shred yesterday and im paying the price today! so i'd definately suggest 3lb for at least the first 5 days depending on how much ur strength builds up... i'm loving it tho :love: hope i see some change in the inches soon! :heart: Emma
