I cook for 3/4 of time with the breast facing down and then flip to brown the skin. that way the juice runs down into the breast making it juicier. Meat thermometer is definitely important as over cooking is what really dries it out.

If you have the time to cook it on the bone with the skin (upside down) it is much more flavorful than boneless skinless breasts. I definitely think food choices and staying hydrated is key as I do think the body will confuse hunger for thirst. As others have said-whole grain everything, egg whites, more protein, get rid of processed foods. I try to add protein to every meal which means adding egg whites to my morning oatmeal.
