What you can do is add one of the abs workouts onto the end of the 3 strength training days, instead of just doing it on the day you do Burn Intervals. That said, abs truly are made in the kitchen. You won't really be able to see them until you get to a certain body fat percentage.

1. Why do you need an exercise partner? In the end, this is up to you, and you only. You don't need a car either. There are a lot of workouts you can do at home, even with a 2 1/2 year old. I think you answered your own question...seriously, it's 80% nutrition. You can workout as much or as hard as you want, but if you don't get the nutrition in check, you won't get the results you desire. I love it...when I first started it, I was already quite fit as I had finished 3 rounds of P90X and a round of Insanity. I was really pleased at how much I leaned out and the inches I lost. I'm in a 2nd round of it now.
