Welcome to MFP:smile: I have a diet recipe book and I put each ingredient into the "Add Food" tool separately then add up the total on a calculator. I then add it as a new food to the database with total calorie content per serving so next time I cook it I don't have to go through the whole thing again

Either "Kinky Afro", Happy Mondays: "Son, I'm thirty, I only went with your mother cos she's dirty" or "Pass Out", Tinie Tempah pretty much the whole song makes me laugh, but these are the best bits: "I got so many clothes I keeps some at my aunt's house" "I've been Southampton but I never been to S****horpe" As you've…

Are you stressed? I have IBS and feel especially bloated when I have a lot going on - I might not feel under stress but if I rush about I get the horrible bloated feeling. I find Activia / Actimel yoghurts help, as does peppermint tea. Also try and eat really slowly - makes you feel fuller quicker as well so you tend not…

That sounds sensible - maybe I'll do this instead of every Friday morning :)

" 1200 calories a days is ridiculous. Unless you're only 5' tall!" I'm 5'3"!!! 1200 was what the site recommended when I changed my goal to losing 2lbs a week

Thanks Silico but I'm only under by about 100 or so a day - my goal was 1340, but I've bought it down to 1200 in the hope it'll get me back losing again. However, that article is very interesting and makes you realise that you should eat sensibly. I'm so glad I've posted today cos when the scales go up I have in the past…

Thanks guys :) never thought of retained water!!! Quite possibly as due to the heat I've been drinking loads more than usual. I must measure myself - I didn't cos I was a bit downhearted after gaining back the weight - silly really!! I've also amended the "my goals" page and lowered my daily calorie intake so hopefully…
